How long will it take to recieve my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-4 business days, but can take longer, especially during peak season, Sept. 1st-Oct. 31st. Please contact me if you have a specific deadline!
Can I request a custom size?
Yes! The standard adult size will fit most, but I can absolutely customize the size if you have any concerns, send me a message through the contact form.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes! I can accomodate many custom color requests, or even custom animal designs, so if you don't see exactly what you're looking for, don't hesistate to contact me!
Are any animal products used?
No! The fur is completely faux, as is the microsuede and bamboo felt used on the back of the mask. All my work is vegan friendly!
Do you offer discounts?
For larger orders (5 masks or more) I can offer 10% off the total order, except during peak season (Sept. 1st-Oct. 31st)
Can I upgrade shipping?
Standard shipping is USPS first class with tracking, but if you need an upgraded shipping speed, please contact me.
